Ultrasound uses safe sound waves - not radiation - to create real-time images of what's happening inside the body. At Klinik Dr Rose we offer pregnancy (obstetric) scans to check your baby's growth and wellbeing, as well as diagnostic scans for abdominal and pelvic concerns. Everything is done in our private scan room, with Dr Rose explaining what she sees as she goes.
Our front desk registers you and Dr Rose reviews your history and the reason for your scan.
You'll lie down on the scan bed in our private room, and a small amount of warm gel is applied to the area.

At each visit we monitor your blood pressure, weight and your baby's growth, screen for concerns such as gestational diabetes and anaemia, and give you space to ask anything on your mind. Because we have ultrasound and an in-house lab, much of your care happens under one roof.
We start by asking how you and baby are doing, and note any symptoms or concerns you have.
